The Fiesta Alameda food court offers a range of Latin fare from tacos to empanadas, and tamales to churros. What's a festival without a great bar? We've got Latin-owned Building 43 Winery and Del Cielo Brewery serving their delicious wines and craft brews, Micheladas courtesy of CA Draft Tech, and FICKS margaritas and more mixed with award-winning tequilas Olmeca Altos and Código 1530. Discount drink packages are available through October 31 here.

Thank you Michael Lane Homes for sponsoring the Kids’ Crafting Zone! Color the flags and explore the geography of Latin and Central America. Unleash your creativity and learn about traditional Latin American art with Rhythmix Cultural Works; kids (and adults!) can make their own Mexican tissue paper flowers, arte repujado (embossed tin art), paper plate tambourines, and more!

A Stunning Location!

Radium Runway at the Alameda Point Taxiway

We are excited to invite you to Alameda’s newest event space, Radium Runway, at the Alameda Point Taxiway! Located at 2151 Ferry Point, adjacent to Seaplane Lagoon Promenade, Radium Runway is the site of West End Arts District's latest large-scale mural project. Check out the beautiful artwork on the container walls!

The second phase of the project – a ground mural crossing the width of the space – is planned for Spring 2024. Mural artists, Twin Walls Mural Company, will be working with local community volunteers. Stay tuned for more info if you would like to participate.

See the FAQs below for specific parking and transit information.

Special thanks to the Fiesta Alameda advisory board: Jessica Xiomara Garcia, Michael Towne, Raul Castro, Carrie Madarang, Estela Villagrana, and Ray Rabelo. We are excited to include more voices from the local community! Anyone who would like to learn more about being on the committee for next year's festival should email us.

GOING GREEN!

WEAD works hard to reduce the environmental impact of our events. In accordance with the City of Alameda's Disposable Food Ware ordinance, plastic single-use foodware is prohibited.

To be able to serve you drinks without throwing out thousands of glasses, we provide glass beer mugs and wine glasses for the event. The glasses cost $4 each and can be purchased with your standard drinks tickets.

If you prefer to bring your own glassware, that's fine by us! We just want to ensure that we're using less plastic, and that people hang on to their glasses so that they are not left around to be knocked over or broken during the day. All of our food vendors will serve your orders on disposable compostable-fiber food service ware.
